Why should I report an Issue with Pin Traveler: Travel Tracker?

1. After an hour of manually inputting places I have visited, it would not allow me to add more unless I purchased the "Premium" version or purchased any level.. There was so much potential as I had planned to explore it more prior to purchasing any level.

2. obviously not mentionned before you download and register.. uninstalledApp worked okay initially..still needs work on inputting data... the user interface is counterintuitive! Places you visit needed to be typed in rather than just selecting places on a map.

3. Also, when I share my map, is there a way to display the alias names next to the city? Right now, the shared map is very generic looking.It is a good app for noting down where you have been and where you want to go in the future.

1. Fix Pin Traveler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pin Traveler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pin Traveler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pin Traveler" » Open Pin Traveler: Travel Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pin Traveler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pin Traveler: Travel Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pin Traveler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pin Traveler: Travel Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pin Traveler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pin Traveler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pin Traveler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pin Traveler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pin Traveler not working

2. Fix Pin Traveler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pin Traveler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pin Traveler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pin Traveler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
