1. It is not easy to find a booking application being so easy to reach! I didnt have to wait on long wait queues on call, I was attended to or given a call back within 5-10 mins! Great experience! Hats off to the customer service team! 🥳🥳It was my first time booking with this app for a hotel, when I went to the hotel, the hotel denied to accept the bookings made via easemytrip app after this I contacted customer support multiple times but everytime they told me to wait for the return call to resolve the issue... Yet I haven't received any call so far... I haven't been contacted by them and also haven't got my refund for the hotel bookings i made through this app... Lost my money, worst traveling app ever.... Unresponsive supportPathetic app (buggy).... Not at all good experience.
