1. I just found out that you can "group order," so if a bunch of you are wanting lunch with friends from work at a relatively precise time (they're always ready on time so far), either pick up or delivery, you can each order on your own apps and combine the delivery/takeout.

2. So essentially yes we order ahead with about 80% of our order but the remaining we still have to look at the local menu to complete it so taking more time than needed.

3. So buggy! Terrible coding and UI.For the second time, I've placed an order to be delivered at a later time.

4. For the second time, the order was immediately submitted, made, and delivered before the scheduled time.

5. The first few times were okay.2nd time in 6 months that I've tried to create an account on this app and it keeps telling me that there's something wrong with the server.

6. Why each time you change screens does a pop up appear to change the date, time, and address? It is unnecessary and just leads to wasted time and potential for error.

7. Only issue was a couple times someone else (surprisingly the same person) was entered in as the beneficiary of our table's bill credit at the Westwood location and we never got the credit for our spend in my loyalty account.

8. When I got to the tip area it had 3 pre-set tip amounts and also "other"... I clicked "other" and the next screen just said "thanks we've charged your account $xx.xx (the price plus one of the random pre-set tip amounts).

1. Fix BJ’s Restaurants Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BJ’s Restaurants: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BJ’s Restaurants App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BJ’s Restaurants" » Open BJ’s Restaurants » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BJ’s Restaurants » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BJ’s Restaurants app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BJ’s Restaurants servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BJ’s Restaurants" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BJ’s Restaurants app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BJ’s Restaurants might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BJ’s Restaurants. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BJ’s Restaurants then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BJ’s Restaurants not working
