Why should I report an Issue with PhotoMania - Photo Effects?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Trionity to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Photo Mania is the best photo app I have found yet! Free, access to all my photos, no ads to pop up out of nowhere, and the cutest frames and decorative patterns to make sure you love your pic even more than before! I am thrilled with the fun, and beautiful masterpieces I have been creating.

2. small file sizes when using only the near-great frames templates on photos; files using more effects get larger.). But controls are quite clumsy: (not to mention you can't even use the app at all w/out a WWW connection!)... No undo, it seems -- &, as always, very needed.

3. So you basically could use it as a jumping off point but still need another photo editing app-wish developer would have spent the time making the other half & it could've been a goodgo-to/all in one.I don't enjoy giving any less than 5 stars.

4. No basic tools like cut/crop or basic rgb color adjust- etc-no brushes or focus-no way to align a photo with the pre-cut frames-filters have no adjustments as far as intensity so basically a die cut take it our way or leave it.

5. I just really wish you could toggle the filters or perhaps if you were able to pick the photo you want to use before applying the filter.

6. Maybe have the photo you pick be the example photo shown for each filter? That way you can preview what it will look like once the filter is applied? I love the app nonetheless but those are just my little suggestions.

7. I'm actually just going to do a few pictures with the very few effects and frames I like then delete this app.I really enjoy using this app.

8. Although having better options such as changing my photos to fit the frames and easy way to select from the sd card if needed would be great.

1. Fix PhotoMania Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PhotoMania: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PhotoMania App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PhotoMania" » Open PhotoMania - Photo Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PhotoMania » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PhotoMania - Photo Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PhotoMania servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PhotoMania - Photo Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PhotoMania app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PhotoMania might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PhotoMania. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PhotoMania then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PhotoMania not working

2. Fix PhotoMania Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PhotoMania be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PhotoMania not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PhotoMania may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
