1. Asks me to add new license, which I try to do, system does not accept new license, support staff says I need better picture, but this is the only phone I got, they tell me to get better lighting, am I supposed to have a sun in my living room?? I have all light on, horrible experience.Very convenient, but wish there was more Mini Van options.So the app crashed when I started the drive! When I wanted to finish the drive, I opened the app, but it did not show me any active drives, yet I was still in the car.

2. Tried 3 different card (SEB), no readable error messages, nothing.One of the worst experiences, bugs and glitches at every step, starting from registration and finishing with leaving a car.My brother rented a car and wanted to park it in a lot where there was a parking zone near home for a long time - it turns out that the parking zone has been canceled and using the app map is a nightmare, the nearest paid parking is 2km -5€.

3. Very sad that CityBee does not value it's customers and just wants as much money as possible.It was ok, but now every time I need to park, app thinks car is in some other place than in reality, somewhere where parking is forbidden, and I can not stop rental that costs me extra.

4. You either book the car again and pay the minimum price (CS told that it would not be refunded as "you techically used the car for 2 seconds" OR you ask the cleaning team to pick the item up, with hope that no other customer takes it, and wait for at least a week to get the item back.

5. Also it took a long time and multiple calls with support, horrendous amount of emails to get money back.

6. All would be ok, if only the extra cash counting would not continue when there are problems like this! :(As an application user You may not know that they have separate system for each county.

7. It was not hard to do this, but i still even now cant open that drive in history and my app keeps crashing every time I try to.

8. Uploaded ID, licence many times, talked with different supports many times, including video chat where I show everything what they asked.

9. And if you add money to app wallet in one country it won't be used to pay for trip and at some point it will disappear from your wallet, once you are back to your county.

10. Even Bolt Drive refunds that money.

11. Card is accepted in any other internet service and app itself is updated.
