1. Always gotta be something with these apps.I had issues with coins but the application team responded within minutes to my mail and fixed my problems!I received the coins for which I had paid!This was probably the best response rate I have ever experienced on playstore or any platform.Coins are few and far between, it says everything is anonymous but everything coins either requires watching multiple ads or giving personal info and worst of all the surveys kick yiu out because i wont share my zip code (personal info) then when saying why i opted out of survey and anwsering it asked for personal info it would say i was screened out.App has some bugs.Once it shows someone is online but after clicking it,it shows offline long hours.pls resolve it asap.

Edit: if you want to send more than 2 messages you have to watch a video, which will never pop up even if you click the "watch" button.Ad is not working so cant send messagesThis application gets crash down in every 30 minutes, also could be able to upload my display picture, could be able to send any pictures, please fix all the issues quickly.I have the option to send pictures but it wont let me send pictures.

3. So many ads irritating.Application getting crashed all the timeThe absolute worst app ever! I can't even get to the other issues I see people having.

4. It's show so many ads and if we want coins it's show longtime adsMost people are only here to be horny, or spam.

1. Fix ChatHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatHub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatHub" » Open ChatHub -Chat Meet Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatHub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatHub -Chat Meet Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatHub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatHub -Chat Meet Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatHub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatHub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatHub not working

2. Fix ChatHub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
