1. A couple annoying things: * alerts are wonky cross device and when sleeping * markdown doesn't really work and behaves differently on different devices * devices will steal messages and the history isn't always accurate as a resultVery bad connection to server and slow response of app Edit 1 : (10/24/2019) what I actually meant was if you leave app in background and reopen it, it stays in disconnected state, happened with friends too, so it's not my mobile os that's killing the connection.

2. I usually spend more time trying to get the chat to update or not randomly move around than I do actually reading chat messages.

3. Seems like they are now adding features after the recent version upgrade also.I feel like this app is very laggy and inconsistent it has a hard time distubuting messages properly.

4. Edit 2 : (11/05/2019) using experimental version & it's comparatively very good.It's nice to know the app is in heavy development, but it doesn't bode well for it's reliability and bugginess.

5. Every once in a while an update will break things, and everyone in our company has problems with mobile push notifications problems all the time, on Android and iOS.

6. EDIT: I'm now having to force stop and restart the app more than 10 times a day.Update 9/29 - The latest update on the 27th seems to have corrected the freezing issue.

9. If a chat is open I will often get the notification but no message, I have to back out of the chat then click on it again to trigger it to show.

1. Fix Rocket.Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rocket.Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rocket.Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rocket.Chat" » Open Rocket.Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rocket.Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rocket.Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rocket.Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rocket.Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rocket.Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rocket.Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rocket.Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rocket.Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rocket.Chat not working

2. Fix Rocket.Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rocket.Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rocket.Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rocket.Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
