Why should I report an Issue with Pearson eText for Campus?

1. It just tells me to sign in but doesn't have anywhere for me to type.Book suddenly disappeared and I have homework due in the morning....... App for my tablet, but no support for my phone...App doesn't work on Chromebook.

2. But it has a problem logging me in which is discouraging when it is compared to the invincible paper book.I will not be nice; I don't have to! I wasted my time dealing with this trash; it took the time that I had available for homework and study.

3. This app consists of a single page with no buttons or text fields and no instructions.The sign in page does not work for me on my chromebook.

4. But I couldnt use 2 of my books yesterday nor can I get the financial calculator portion of my course So I have to buy a financial calculator So I give Pearson etext for campus -4/10The app suddenly stopped opening over the past couple of weeks.

5. It even turns pages quickly not like the HP Laptop which turns pages so slow it would literally drive you nuts and is of no value for research next to a real book made of paper.

6. Maybe you need to write a course about E-Text, so everyone in that company may learn something about making apps and a system that work.

7. This app is the worst Piece of Sh**** that I have ever encountered in my life; then there is the dancing around between support pages which do not solve the issue.

9. Then it stopped! I could not acces my book in the middle of a semester, and it said to sign in with no way to do so.

10. If I could give 0 stars, I wouldI had the same problem as Travis Bryant, then on top of it all no help from pearson.

1. Fix Pearson eText Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pearson eText: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pearson eText App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pearson eText" » Open Pearson eText for Campus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pearson eText » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pearson eText for Campus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pearson eText servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pearson eText for Campus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pearson eText app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pearson eText might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pearson eText. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pearson eText then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pearson eText not working

2. Fix Pearson eText Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pearson eText be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pearson eText not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pearson eText may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
