1. I might as well have bought the physical textbook..... app is garbage don't waste you time with it I positive all the 5 star reviews are the self done.Thi usually don't write review for anything even if the app is really bad, but this is another level when you can't even log in and the last update was in 2019??????????? Can't believe I paid so much for those stupid books and I can't even access them on my phone.It won't even let me log into my account and I know that I am definitely entering my correct user and pass.

2. Speaking of resources my laptop broke so this is seriously my only shot here.I normally don't write reviews for apps because the experience is usual amazing... But the name under this d@mn app says proversity... I tried to log in twice and it told me their was an error, to try again later.

3. Anyone else able to log in using android or is it an issue with apple too?Just downloaded the app, and I get a sign in error from the start, which means I can't sign in, which means I can't use the app, which means it sucks.

4. Bad experience using it.Deleted because I literally cant even get into login to the app...... I'll I wanted was to be able to do my reading on the go.

5. Only desktop logins work.App is a failure, i entered the correct info for my log in and the app is saying its the wrong information.

6. When using the same credentials on the app it will not allow me to log in and i keep getting an error message.

7. I am using a samsung note 20 running android.

8. I literally wrote down the correct log in on a paper so my info was correct.

9. Used my browser to login to the account.

10. Pearson, the semester just started and already you are terrible.It is not user friendly at all.

11. Honestly browser options for mobile suck so I was hoping it would work out better on this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pearson LearningHub Issues

1. Fix Pearson LearningHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pearson LearningHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pearson LearningHub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pearson LearningHub" » Open Pearson LearningHub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pearson LearningHub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pearson LearningHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pearson LearningHub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pearson LearningHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pearson LearningHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pearson LearningHub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pearson LearningHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pearson LearningHub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pearson LearningHub not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pearson LearningHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
