1. So to skip to the next episode you have to exit playback, then search the show from the menu because you can't view settings or episode list from the "continue watching" interface, and scroll to find the next episode.
2. Truly pathetic.I like this app but in terms of usability it's very basic, it has an auto play function which on TV you cannot turn off, it starts playing shows you don't want to watch on auto play and you cannot remove those shows from queue your only option is to fast forward to remove.
3. If this app is trying to be the next Hulu or Netflix it has to try a lot harder because the only reason I use it is to watch Bravo shows but it's functionality leaves a lot to be designed.User interface completely disappears during ads, and this app is a huge fan of cutting off the last 10 seconds with an ad.
4. The cast button doesn't appear about 40% of the time, there's no easy way to see series details from the continue watching screen, and the interface is oversized and makes browsing content irritating at best.
5. Many episodes freeze in the middle and then guess what, because you can't get the episode to load, you can't get to the menu options to maybe just skip that ep and move onto the next one.
6. You have to start watching an episode just to get to the menu options for that show, stupid.
7. Being able to change the quality to 240p or what-have-you allows you to conserve your precious data, and stream far more content.I download the app and had to cancel it before the month was over.
8. I have at least six other apps that do the same thing without issue.This streaming service already doesn't need to exist, but the app is somehow even worse than the content library.
9. Now, if I'm watching a show at least 6 times during ONE EPISODE, it kicks back to the main page or out of the app completely.
10. My internet connection is very strong, and not being able to get through one show without issues is ridiculous!!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, with no improvement.
11. The autoplay repeats episodes, has skipped back episodes at a time, or lagged and just closed the show.
Are you showing Heineken Cup rugby this weekend, as you did with my Sports Gold package? If not, your service is useless to me.
It should also be a hell of a lot easier to get information from you guys!

Now that you've pulled off many of the EPL matches between top clubs (like Arsenal v. Leicester today) from NBCSN, you're asking me to shell out another $5 for Peacock Premium so I can stream these matches. Ain't gonna happen. I already pay a premium with my cable service provider for sports channels. And I don't want to watch tiny players kick a tiny ball on my phone, nor do I want to throw out my perfectly good HD TVs for 'smart' sets or cobble together some streaming interface with another device. If you think bundling service providers are going to negotiate with all of you stream-servers, think again - my provider, Spectrum, does not offer Peacock or any of the other myriad of services save for Netflix. So I just won't watch Arsenal v. Leicester, neither will I watch any of the advertisements during the match.
Tech can keep behaving selfishly and either go out of business or watch the government take their toys away.

Hello I sent a previous email request ing a refund as I believed I was being charged before my trial period was over but upon going through my records bi see that the trial has expired. I am still requesting a refund as I could not get peacock to play so I did not and could not use it throughout the entire trial period. I just deleted the app pretty much the same day I signed up for it to he trial as it we ould not play. I tried to o switch my account to to to he free as count but in it wo of not let me. So I wo LD like to o be switched to my he free account. Better yet if you could just delete my account completely that would be great if I cannot get the free to play either but I would like a refund for the $5.22 that I was charged for this month as I will not be using the service because I cannot use the service.

I have tried to watch Peacock using my android phone, iPad, TV with a firestick, and an LG smart TV, and I was never able to get past the Peacock screen on any of my devices. I have updated the app, where applicable, but was never able to get it to work. I watch Netflix, Prime video, and use a host of other apps, and have never had any issues with any of them. I was using the free trial of your service, which expires in a couple of days, and I certainly will not be renewing my subscription to the paid service. Until your bugs are resolved, that really would not make any sense.
