I cancelled my account a few months ago and I see that you continue to withdraw from my discover card. I do not have an app for Peacock, but was able to use my gmail account to reset my password. I went into my account, but have been informed I do not have an account. Please reimburse my account and do not withdraw anything else from my discover card. I am contacting them now.

I am a xfinity customer and peacock premium is included in my xfinity account. when i open peacock on my tv and display my account info it shows signed in as btajr@redacted. that is an incorrect email address. my correct email address in btajr-1@redacted i can't find a way to change this on your website can someone help me with this so i can activate peacock on a xfiinity box i had to replace. i have 3 other xfinity boxes that peacock works on but they also show the incorrect email address. thank you

In April, I changed to Premium Plus. This month, it went back to Premium. I can't change it. I intended for it to remain on Premium Plus.

I have just read an enormous amount of other people reporting issues with their tv service from Peacock also! Some of these people have reported these issues a year ago or more & from what I see have gotten no answers or help. You have my money & I’ll except to hear from you in the next few days. I can’t access anything on Peacock on my tv it keeps telling me there’s a Generic error & to retry, I do but it still won’t connect & then if it does connect I try to go into a show or movie & it won’t let me & all of My Stuff has disappeared. I can’t watch anything on my sharp brand tv. The selection on the peacock app just buffers never loadIng and times out. It goes back to show selected and when I select to load it just buffers never allowing me to watch anything. Please give me a credit for the past 4months and tell me how to resolve this problem.
