1. Great job developers!Requires key, tried to get key, it says I need to register, tried to register, it requires my profession and specialty, tried to enter my degree and specialty it says the list is empty for both and there is no option to type them in free hand...wish it was an object it would make a good bookend! It is absolutely useless and a complete waste of my time.Had this app on my phone, after last update it wanted me to create an account.

Thankfully I purchase CD updates every year.at several occasions I've tried to download this app the app does not appear on my screen so I do not have direct access to mobile PDR I tried this and several occasions during the past week and after downloading no app appears on the screen and I do not have ready convenient access to PDR I've had the app for quite some time and it disappeared I could not get it back please correct this software problem regards tgmd unable to give this information because the app will not open please repair thisHard to tell what happened.

3. As said in other reviews it only let's one get so far in the creating process and then shows an empty screen for profession and won't even open the specialty screen.

5. Absolutely ZERO information regarding CoVid vaccines and these have been out for over a year.Used this app for years without a problem.

6. It listed it and the oral version but not the name for the weight-loss version; this has been out for months (over half a year or so).

8. Everytime the app is loaded/accessed it runs through a prolonged; time consuming search for updates and then syncronizes, during which it can't be used.

9. Also, the search engine is terrible, too specific and unforgiving; requiring the user to use the exact names and precise spelling of inquires.

10. Better off using Google to search PDR.I would have liked to give it more stars, because as a student, having this handy would have helped a lot.

1. Fix mobilePDR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart mobilePDR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the mobilePDR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mobilePDR" » Open mobilePDR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mobilePDR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear mobilePDR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mobilePDR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mobilePDR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check mobilePDR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mobilePDR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall mobilePDR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mobilePDR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mobilePDR not working

2. Fix mobilePDR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mobilePDR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mobilePDR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mobilePDR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
