This is ridiculous and makes this app totally useless.I like the app it helps me a lot you can read very well and it does not restart the pages when you rotate the phone i like that you can just swipe to next page with no difficulties ...it is a very fast program and the good thing it doesn't take much space in the memory of the phone .. this is really amazing it's like carrying a lot of books with no weight just on a software ... i really appreciate the software because it gives me more feeling to read when i am using this application thanks appSo far so good.

2. with my authorization, and so far is the best thing I have found for my tablet--I may even like it better than Adobe reader.It's a junk, can't flip the screen if want to read a long files, lots of adds, and the worst thing that u can't read from the last time u stopped, no highlight... Its a pain in the ass!doesn't work.

3. Is there a way that I can stop it from doing this? Because Im ready to delete it, its very bothersome especially since I go back and forth between apps frequently.Would seem as though this app was giving me full screen adds when the app was not in use! Took me almost 2weeks to find it as when you press the last apps button it would automatically close so you would never see the app it is from! But now I have no adds and no app 😉 So if you're having this issue try deleting this app!It was okay at first as I could view files but its ads keep on popping up even when I'm not on the app.

4. But if it can help get my location sorted in play too, I'll have the ability to buy a gift card and pay for the upgraded pro version, fingers crossed, if it doesn't remain good then will have 2 drop stars, hope not but..Very reliable, listing my PDF's and Important docs.

5. So will you!How is it possible that I cannot make letters bigger with text remaining within the same frame so I can read it comfortably? It's either I have to use magnifying glass for reading or to zoom it and then to swing the text from left to right in order to catch beginings and endings of sentences.

6. says 'no files pdf to display', and when passing pdf from a file explorer to the app, the app just goes to the main screen instead of opening up the pdf.

7. Not everyone has the ability to buy online due to the ability of the device, but, if it can help me do what other things i need to do then I understand a few ads to keep it free and safe.

8. What I absolutely dislike about the app is thar EVERYTIME you open it, whether it was closed completely or you opened another page/tab and left it opened, it ALWAYS ask you to rate it 5 stars.

9. (Like my new appliances' pics/specs, and the inspections I had conducted on my new and previous houses.) Easy to re-name, for superb viewing convenience.

10. I gotta uninstall it for that reason.Upon opening the app, it immediately found my documents through my folders, after accepting security terms, etc.

1. Fix PDF Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDF Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDF Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDF Reader" » Open PDF Reader for Android: PDF Editor & Scanner 2020 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDF Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDF Reader for Android: PDF Editor & Scanner 2020 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDF Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDF Reader for Android: PDF Editor & Scanner 2020" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDF Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDF Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDF Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDF Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDF Reader not working

2. Fix PDF Reader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDF Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PDF Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
