1. Trying to navigate in the app to find the function you want is frustrating and sometimes function isn't even available! Honestly, I'd rather spend the time it takes to hunt for my laptop, wait for it to come on, then wait for the page to load even if I'm in an area with spotty WiFi rather than use the app version! But I WILL use it if I either absolutely HAVE to or if I just want to upload and save a document to be worked on at a later date.Caution for anybody who uses this app.

2. They don't tell you saving or sharing your pdf is a premium feature until after you've already filled it out, so the free version is useless, then offer a free trial that turns into an ANNUAL commitment if you don't cancel in time.

3. Spent ages editing a single-page document because the UI sucks and then, instead of allowing me to save, continue editing, or even review the document, I'm only prompted with an option to sign up for a trial.

4. I expect their customer service really keeps on top of things.This might be the worlds best editor I wouldn't know but I do know that if you haven't started your free trial or paid for it, do extended a great deal of effort into something.

5. I also had an error message with codes pop up on my screen whenever I went to sign my document.This honestly was a waste of my time.

6. Wish it was better.This is the 1st time I've used this app and, other than seeming unable to Save As and naming your document, I'm liking the ease of using this.

7. Scummy.I recently wanted app to sign & edit a document intending on a one time use.

8. The technical errors were that I couldn't sign another document after signing one without subscribing again.
