Why should I report an Issue with OC Editor?

1. I even looked at the manual and it did not help.I was exited to download this app but when I opened it ,it wasnt quite what I expected, I thought it would be like a notepad and be able to add images into the note section so you could kind of create a fder for your oc however this app is kind of too specific with catergories and doesnt let me achieve what I wanted to, I think if you got rid of all the categories and setting in each folder thing and just turned it into a note pad with a section to add loads of photos in each folder,thats betterIt just doesn't have much customization.

2. This is but a minor problem as the app is still able to be used for organizing characters and you're able to still share them by screenshoting it but still the idea of copy paste would be useful.A nice and simple app for keeping track of my ocs, but the formatting could use some work.

I only wish that it had the ability to randomly generate something to fill in everything that I left blank because I don't normally care/think of what their blood type is or which hand they write with.What is the talk function i keep on hearing about? I can't find it anywhere but overall, very good, very deep, except for the whole way you have to put images in the character cards.

4. I think it's a great app, and it really does help keep up with all my charactersI've always liked this app and thought that it was pretty intuitive and easy to learn.

5. (Later addition) I have no idea how to delete characters or add images- I wish this was easier to figure out, if possible at all.

6. Other than that this app is great for keeping track of basic info on an OC.

7. One small problem and thing I wish they can put in is saving the main text.

8. But seriously, this app has something going for it and it can be great.I do have a few issues with the app itself, I really wish there was more you could do with the organization.

1. Fix OC Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OC Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OC Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OC Editor" » Open OC Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OC Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OC Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OC Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OC Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OC Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OC Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OC Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OC Editor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OC Editor not working

2. Fix OC Editor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OC Editor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OC Editor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OC Editor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
