7. I can log in with a password and other options, I can add multiple transponders, and even use a photo to load license plate and make/model info.

8. Please fix and put black text on white background or any color combination with contrast that we can actually see.

9. The Pennsylvania turnpike is outsourced to India so it looks like they've done a new update.Okay, I have used a recent update and I have no issues.

10. When you call the phone number to speak with EZ pass they are very unhelpful and always have an attitude like you're bothering them.

11. For as much money that's made off of tolls you'd think a reliable payment would work once in awhile.

1. Fix PA Toll Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PA Toll Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PA Toll Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PA Toll Pay" » Open PA Toll Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PA Toll Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PA Toll Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PA Toll Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PA Toll Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PA Toll Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PA Toll Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PA Toll Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PA Toll Pay then reinstall.
