1. .. I've asked every toll comp in Fl if they've heard of uproad, none of them have.. the superv & employees IN Fl, to download this app & gather info for special investigations ', I'm off to close my bank account & have my other acct freeze them from any further withdrawals.. & a new phone will service will be traveling with me...I signed up to pay a one time toll and now I am being charged a new toll fee at least twice a month and they are not mine.

2. They charged me a $30 late fee in addition to the tolls and would not close my account until I paid the balance.Do not download! We used it for several months thinking our tolls would get paid through the app.

3. I now have registered my car with FasTrak and get essentially the same service directly from the government for FREE! Also, it was not clear that the app had to be on whenever you were going to drive over a toll bridge.DON'T USE THIS! I would give this app zero stars if I could.

4. Still trying to get ahold of someone to refund nothing yetDO NOT USE THIS uproad is taking money from my acct but shows that I owe those same tolls, they say it's going take a month to deactivate my acct.

5. Save yourself the headache and go with the transponder.Doesn't save money! The app claims to save you money, but from my experience, Uproad charges a 15% fee in addition to the toll.

6. I used it on a recent trip in a rental car and it continues to charge me fees on my app account even though I only used it for one toll.

7. They refunded the money I had placed on my account, but now I have to figure out how to pay all those bills and suffer any potential late fees.
