About Wallet

1. This application does not support scanning of plastic loyalty cards or paper tickets and converting them into electronic wallet forms.

2. Please note that this application is not intended for scanning plastic loyalty cards or paper tickets and converting such plastic or paper into electronic wallet forms.

3. To install electronic loyalty cards and/or electronic tickets, please scan dedicated QR codes leading to electronic versions of the tickets/loyalty cards/boarding passes etc, or look for "Install into Wallet" links/buttons.

4. With Wallet you can enjoy full benefits of electronic cards, passes, tickets, coupons and boarding passes on Android.

5. Designed to fully support iOS Passbook and Wallet standards, now you can manage all your passes in your phone.

1. But if it can go to Google drive, why it cannot go to the Downloads folder as all files you download will land there? For the 4.4 raiting i didn't see much differencePrivacy and transfer of data is unclear.

2. I was hoping to save digital coupons received by email.Dreadful...opened the app, tried to scan a loyalty card bar code and app says scans from plastic cards not supported.

6. Couldn't pass the first screen.Do not be fooled thinking this is an Android App equivalent to the Wallet function in IOS.

7. Update: Indeed, it is possible to import pkpass from a file manager.

8. I installed this app because it should recognise pkpass files.

9. Further the app shall be able to connect with Google drive and recognise pkpass there.

10. You need an iPhone with the NHS app installed and you can then save your pass into the Apple Wallet.

11. I tap on the pkpass file, it says operation failed... .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wallet Issues

1. Fix Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wallet" » Open Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wallet not working


2. Fix Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
