1. Unacceptable!Android issues (note 20): settings screen with Bluetooth selector is all black (tried to switch off dark mode etc..). The only login option seems va FB and doesn't work (not supported by FB anymore).

2. Allowing the installation of an app for free and then removing ALL functionality unless a subscription is paid for (especially since these functions are free via the website) is one of the most abhorrent things I've ever seen a business do in my life.

3. It charges you money on a monthly basis!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! First of all, you have to pay high rate for parking in NYC & we have your pay for this app too? RIDICULOUS.Great app! Provides useful accurate information.

4. This happened for multiple months where I contributed enough.Perfect app for street parking in the city! Surprised google has not integrated them into google maps yet.

5. Now downloading your competitor's apps.I don't need to know where open spots are, but knowing what is a legal spot is a really great feature.

6. Other than that, the parking info seems working.I paid for this app for about 3 years.

1. Fix Smooth Parking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smooth Parking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smooth Parking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smooth Parking" » Open Smooth Parking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smooth Parking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smooth Parking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smooth Parking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smooth Parking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smooth Parking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smooth Parking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smooth Parking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smooth Parking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smooth Parking not working

2. Fix Smooth Parking Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smooth Parking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smooth Parking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smooth Parking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
