Why should I report an Issue with PaperKarma - Stop Junk Mail?

1. I strongly recommend the PaperKarma app to anyone who wants to declutter their mailbox and help save the environment.I tried the free version of this long ago and it greatly helped reduce the number of junk mail I was getting.

I would rather have in-app ads and have the app be free, than pay for something that doesn't function properly or that I can't even prove works.I've been subscribed for 6 months ($5/month subscription) and for the first few months I noticed I was still receiving mail that I requested in the app to stop.

3. $5 doesn't seem like much either so it's very easy to fall for it.I recently downloaded the PaperKarma app and am blown away by how simple and effective it is! With just a few clicks, you can unsubscribe from unwanted mail and catalogs.

4. It worked well during the free trial but both times I tried to subscribe, 9 months ago, and also now, once I was subscribed it wouldn't let me add more mail.

5. I have requests in the app almost a year old and multiple requests to get off several companies address lists but after 11 months I am still getting mail from organizations I don't wish to receive mail from.

1. Fix PaperKarma Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PaperKarma: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PaperKarma App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PaperKarma" » Open PaperKarma - Stop Junk Mail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PaperKarma » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PaperKarma - Stop Junk Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PaperKarma servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PaperKarma - Stop Junk Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PaperKarma app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PaperKarma might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PaperKarma. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PaperKarma then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PaperKarma not working

2. Fix PaperKarma Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PaperKarma be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PaperKarma not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PaperKarma may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
