IKTISSAB Customer Insights

1. This is very poorly optimized app and the only way they get away with this is because there is no other way to use their services on phones Edit: Cant even login now :)The app is not working good every time you need to update it will not work.

2. Please help me on this issue.Need login for any time.store going time cannot open this app.very bad software maintance 😡😡😡This app is extremely annoying.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IKTISSAB Issues

1. Fix IKTISSAB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart IKTISSAB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the IKTISSAB App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IKTISSAB" » Open IKTISSAB » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IKTISSAB » click "UPDATE".
Clear IKTISSAB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IKTISSAB servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IKTISSAB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check IKTISSAB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IKTISSAB might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall IKTISSAB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IKTISSAB then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IKTISSAB not working

2. Fix IKTISSAB Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IKTISSAB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IKTISSAB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IKTISSAB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi ,

My Iqama ID is 2432000103 & Iktisab account is registered against the contact number "0500149420",

Actually My contact number is inactive now. I want to update the contact number as "0534694469 or 0535385690". But whenever i tried to do this action through App, an OTP sends to My inactive number where i'm not able to get this.
