I think I will find a different services companyWow since my 1 star and now 3 months of complaining lots of people think the same that gives me a positive feeling and origin still can't get the app running 100% still no monthly cost and use that I can see on the app no call back no clear answers Shame on you origin Very disappointed in the app the last 6 weeks or more it won't let me check my monthly use and cost rung many times to complain but always the same answer we working on it ?As far as energy apps go, i've never had an issue with Origin.
2. It doesn't send notifications when your bill is due, that is still sent by email, BUT, I regularly don't receive bills by email, is it gmails fault or is it origin's fault?I lose my pay on time discount.
3. Well I think origin is at fault, because if this app sent bills there would be no issue.This app is useless! You can't track your usage any more.
4. I have spent hours going around in circles to no avail! Extremely infuriating!App suddenly stop to display current daily usage of electricity and estimated bill.
5. You clearly have the data available, as you don't miss sending me the quarterly bill.Fix your app and website I go to your website to view my previous bills and payments and there is just nothing.

7. Also clicking on the internet "plan details" always ends with an error message and this has been going on for months.
8. This was a good app, now it's just really bad.App is useless for tracking monthly usage.
9. About to switch suppliers so I can monitor energy properly.This app is literally just a login to the online origin.
10. and I got a bill of Credit 1 cent then a bill month after of over $300 but the app tells me nothing totally unreliable.
