Approvals Customer Insights

1. Though its not visible on my phone and i guess its same with yours.Getting could not connect to server error with the latest version 1.8.0 Unfortunately there is no way to go back to the earlier version as we are freshly installing the appversions 1.8.0, 1.8.1 and 1.8.2 always could not connect to server, but version 1.7.0 is working very good.the application is very beneficial, Need to show the attachments on the line or distribution level and the ship to org fields.

2. (same device)Not connecting to server after updating to version 1.8.0. rolled back to 1.7.0 and it connected to serverafter installing when i try to open ..its shows end user agreement with no button to proceed...neither agree nor disagree...nothingIt works perfectly well.

3. Any plans to release these enhancements soon?Androids Version 10 has a problem (when login: Coud not connect to server) but application old version not a problem.

4. Kudos!I really like this app till now.Is it possible to enable push notifications for this app.It will be great if it has that functionality.Hi Team, Request information page is not loading completely which not not allowing to enter the comments.. how to resolve this issue.

5. @ Umme Miladraza Attariya, after going through the terms and agreement, just tap the lower right of your phone screen to continue.

6. I guess that is where the "I agree" button is.

7. Though some "Ok" and "Cancel" button are not visible for me to see.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Approvals Issues

1. Fix Approvals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Approvals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Approvals App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Approvals" » Open Approvals for EBS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Approvals » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Approvals for EBS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Approvals servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Approvals for EBS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Approvals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Approvals might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Approvals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Approvals then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Approvals not working


2. Fix Approvals Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Approvals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Approvals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Approvals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
