OnePlus Buds Customer Insights

1. It was not the case before but after the update my battery performance is gone to hell.Never had a problem with any oneplus audio product so far (Bullets Wireless 2, Buds Z, Nord Buds, Buds Pro, Buds Pro 2) on my 6T, will see how everythign works on the 11 but so far, no problems so far.

2. Only left side can connect using the latest ver.The sound quality of the buds are great but the auto pause and play is awful, randomly stops every 10 seconds thinking you have taken the bud out of your ear, no amount of cleaning the sensors fixes it.

3. Posted here as its not a physical issue and the tech is there but software lacking. After the last firmware update, the battery back up reduced drastically from 4 5 hours to just one hour.

4. Please fix this with a new update. After the latest update my One Plus Buds Pro's battery performance became drastically very poor.

5. Really love that it's an addition in the bluetooth menu and not a standalone app because i hate extra apps for every audio product i own, its annoying to have to have different apps, even sometimes having different apps for different products from the same manufacturer, so really like it.This really should be an individual/standalone app, not an addition in the Bluetooth menu.

6. FIX IT!!! Update: for all who might have connection problem, I managed to connect my 7T by pressing the connect button until the light becomes white, BUT DIDN'T press the add device in Bluetooth settings.

7. Needs a lot of bug fixesHorrible! It took me 15 minutes to connect buds z on my 7T, then accidentally forgot device and it will not reconnect for the past 30 minutes.

8. This is the biggest issue for me.The buds audio quality is just fine.

9. Overall, it works OK, but the implementation could be a lot better.I really like the OnePlus buds and in my opinion the base is better than that of the Galaxy Buds.

10. The battery back up was fine till the last firmware update and then suddenly it plummeted.

11. But the big thing I am missing is the luxury/options like on the Galaxy Buds app.
