1. FREE TOOLS ON INTERNET ALSO DID THIS WORK WITH MORE EFFICIENCY.... I bought this app many time .. but this time disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️Very confused as why the developer provides two seemingly identical apps that are advertised as working differently but do the same (the Copy Text On Screen app and the OCR Text Scanner app).

Many congratulations to the devs.Initially it used to work perfectly fine but now it always shows an error message that 'please check your internet connection/upgrade your app.' Now the connection is finea and i don't want to upgrade it to premium version, so why does the app doesn't work?? Please don't cheat people, tell them clearly that app is unusable in free version after whatever time you decide.

3. Top results when searching playstore for OCR want horrific levels of permissions and wouldn't work when I turned them off.Absolutely THEE BEST!!!!??? The only other scanner in all of G-Play to recognize/acquire/capture as accurately as this one and has been my fav up until this one is Doc Scanner create pdf's Made in India (Lufick).

4. Honesty is the best policy!Money wasted... Why put limit on image to text conversion... It is not capable to convert full page in text... Old versions were good... Old versions are capable to convert mix languages.. like hindi and english or any other language.

5. Upgrade to avoid this."When I downloaded this app half a year ago it worked great! It captured kyrillic letters from screenshots and turned them into a text file, which I could then copy and paste into a translation app.

6. It works far better than my Samsung $2k device built-in text scanner! It's even flawless with languages like Greek! I would highly appreciate if it recognised lines and paragraphs as they are in the original document, but that's nothing compared to the accuracy provided.

7. I ended up spending so much time trying to configure the app that it would have been faster for me to just individually copy and paste each of them.Awesome straight out of box does the job! No fuss.

8. It would have to include: share to txt/pdf/email etc, various sort options, search, tagging, basic text formatting, etc.

1. Fix OCR Text Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OCR Text Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OCR Text Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OCR Text Scanner" » Open OCR Text Scanner : IMG to TEXT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OCR Text Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OCR Text Scanner : IMG to TEXT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OCR Text Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OCR Text Scanner : IMG to TEXT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OCR Text Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OCR Text Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OCR Text Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OCR Text Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OCR Text Scanner not working
