1. The bike quality is also horrible!! Use the deposit system and get more capital and invest the future of you company please... Other than that, I hope other cities or some rural areas also have bikes too.

2. don't waste your time with this app.App doesn't work, I unlocked the bike for 3 minutes, saw the bike was damaged then tried to lock it back, and it continued to bill me (didn't recognize I locked it) .

3. I hope this company doesn't continue to charge me for this malfunction.this app is the actual definition of scam, it never gives your money back, and after one trip it always give you the message failed to connect to server please try again later.

4. Had they been docked like the other bike share company they may have gone on here but the council's asked them to remove the bikes.

5. Everyone please put one star to show that this app now sucks af.It does not work and they don't give back the money of the deposit!! The app stop to work on my mobile and althought i try to close my account and have refund of money i have received no answer for 1 month.

6. Hope the system can be improved... Sometimes the bike parking system is crashing but could got benefit from it which is really not good for the sustainability of a company.

7. I believe with Taiwan's high standards society, the renting things (instead of sharing economy) business model will be bettdownloaded the app hoping to use Obike in Sydney, Australia.

8. July 2019O bike was ok whilst it was in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia but as they weren't docked anywhere they were getting stolen & damaged.

9. I am gonna claim with legal to have money back.Orrible app.. i tried for 2 days to register myself without any results! I send an email to the assistance and nobody replied.

10. I imagine the service has closed up shop but for some reason is still reporting fake bike locations.

1. Restart oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing" » Open oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from oBike-Stationless Bike Sharing servers.
