NDR Radio Customer Insights
1. Warum nur, NDR? Lange bekannt, trotzdem ändert sich nichts? Da muss man halt BR hören oder, noch schlimmer, RB... die können das Mysterium Internet zähmen...YouTube in 4k@60hz ist in meinem WLan kein Problem - aber diese App hat permanente, unregelmäßige Verbindungsausfälle: von einem kurzen Stocken bis zu 20, 30 Sekunden Stille - und das alle paar Minuten.
2. Da diese App nichts anderes machen soll, als Radio streamen, aber nicht besonders gut darin ist, Radio zu streamen gibts nur zwei Sterne mit Aussicht auf nur no h einen und Unstieg auf die Homepage.
3. Zu helfen scheint es, wenn ich die app öffne oder zumindest den Bildschirm meines Handys anschalte (Samsung Galaxy S5)Der Aufbau der App ist ok.
4. Leider aktualisieren sich die Inhalte nicht.That's a very cool and Nice App but it doesnt work fine.
5. Leider brechen die NDR Feeds bei allen Apps (diese, Regionalsender) und sogar im Internet Stream dauernd ab.
6. Vielleicht keep-alives schicken? Habe beste Internetverbindung, daran liegt es also nicht.
7. Schade um die Steuergelder, die da reingeflossen sind... Samsung Galaxy S7 Android 8.0.0The new app sucks.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NDR Radio Issues
1. Fix NDR Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart NDR Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the NDR Radio App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NDR Radio" » Open NDR Radio » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NDR Radio » click "UPDATE".
- Clear NDR Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NDR Radio servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NDR Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check NDR Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NDR Radio might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall NDR Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NDR Radio then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NDR Radio not working
2. Fix NDR Radio Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NDR Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NDR Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NDR Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
