1. For just Journaling purposes, it's all around a nice app.Best journal! I just recently starting journaling, & this app is PERFECT! NO ADS AT ALL, at least as far as I've seen! The journal part is truly life changing for me, because when you go to enter an entry in the journal, it asks you a journal prompt, which for me i love, because that gives me an idea of what to write about, if i didn't have anything in particular.

2. You can change the prompt, until you find what you want, there are so many different propmts, i haven't seen them repeat yet! 5 ⭐I read a few articles and tried three different journaling apps.

3. I actually really liked some of these starter affirmations and thought that they'd go lovely in a poem, they sprung some interest and ideas in my head for a new writing prompt and that's always a nice way to clear your head.amazing app in my opinion.

4. I wish it had tracking features like a word cloud and the option to change from, in my opinion, feminine pastels wasn't locked behind the subscription services.

5. I just got a new phone and logged into my account, but apparently, all the journal logs and entries made were only saved on the old device and wasn't backed up via a cloud service.

6. I love this app because, there are NO ads, and unlike other self-care/ journaling apps, there is something to write about.

7. Though I do wish there were a dark theme, (darker colors for customizing your writings, background themes, etc.) it has been one of the best apps I have.

1. Fix Gratitude Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gratitude: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gratitude App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gratitude" » Open Gratitude: Self-Care Journal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gratitude » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gratitude: Self-Care Journal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gratitude servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gratitude: Self-Care Journal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gratitude app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gratitude might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gratitude. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gratitude then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gratitude not working

2. Fix Gratitude Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gratitude be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gratitude not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gratitude may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
