1. Find trusted, background-checked caregivers for kids, adults, pets, and homes that fit your schedule and budget.
2. See why 29 million families have turned to Care. • Unexpected change in plans? • Need help?
3. Chat with a live agent in an average of 1 minute or less.
1. Hopefully the Care company decides on a better business model cuz it really is a good idea.Unlike other reviews I've found the app ok to use, but the actual features in the app and cost of the service vs what you get from it are terrible if you're looking for a regular sitter.
2. There is no customer service contact for no shows and you still get charged for the services, even when a sitter is a no call, no show.I never write reviews, but as I am in the midst of a nanny search and am using this constantly, I feel compelled to provide feedback.
3. If you click on a caregiver's profile sometimes it will take you to the profile and sometimes somewhere else. The app is pretty poorly written - the messaging features are terrible as once you have written more than a few words the text goes off the bottom of the screen and doesn't auto-scroll.
4. (I have more complaints about the website that I will provide elsewhere.) I strongly recommend that both the mobile app and website be overhauled for easier and more intuitive navigation. The jury is still out on the service itself which allows for the hiring of caregivers.
5. Perhaps even more importantly, my notifications that I've received a message are usually delayed by an hour or more, which is extremely inconvenient when you're trying to coordinate interviews.NOTHING works! They have not "fixed some bug," as their last update indicates.
6. As many of the other reviews indicate this app is very limited in its functionality and the website using the Chrome browser is not 100% functional either.
7. Only had messages from people who are looking to fill daycare.Entering credit card information was easy, but that was about it.
8. No ability to filter by available times which is key, the service is very expensive, and on the odd occasion you actually find someone, the people you find are very expensive.
9. Makes you close the app to read new messages as they come in rather than being a dynamic IM service.
10. Can't run background checks (On hold for an hour before they told me to call the background co, which doesn't answer the phone either).
11. Uploading and cropping a profile photo was challenging due to the app not scaling to the wider screen of the Surface Duo 2.
