1. Now only records if on speaker or holding the phone, will not record if you have a headset or the call goes through any kind of bluetooth! Sometimes the sound of the other line is so faint it can't be heard!! Also, it used to list the caller if they were in my contacts, now nothing. For several years, I have enjoyed the benefits of this app, on my Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge, and its ability to help me conduct business without having to take handwritten notes during calls.
2. Used to be excellent for documenting important details, but has gone downhill since: 1.) new google rules reduced the contextual ease of quickly finding recorded calls, and 2.) inconsistent success of recording calls between updates and settings.

4. Please fix this, it's a really useful app - when it works.I used another app for recording calls for at least 5 years.
5. I sometimes need to record my calls because I get very complex messages for details when I work for the studios in Los Angeles, as far as location to report to Etc.
6. I have simply listened to my recorded calls, typed up clean, thorough notes, and have not had to remember every word spoken on a call.
7. In November 2019, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy s10e, installed my SD card from my old phone, and found the ACR app does not work on my new phone either.
8. I have also used this tool for recording calls when commitments are made should things change.
9. I'm not sure when the capability stopped, but I can no longer hear any audio from recorded calls.
10. Then when you're not looking, the stupid recording triggers and basically acts makes the phone into a stealth recorder.
11. Samsung & Apple need to come out with a phone that has the feature on the phone forget the apps.Went from great, to unreliable.
