Good but sometimes when I'm surfing the net, a call comes in, I won't see the pick up screen, no means to pick calls, the call will end, you won't even see it in the missed call logs, only times I'm able to see & pick calls is when phone idle.. That's a bad experience for me, for days now I've been forced to used the pre-installed phone call dialer because of this bad experience..also we should be able to use the call recording & other features if you really want more people to use this..I love this app, but it takes time to open which is really unpleasant.

2. Please stay away from this app.It doesn't work properly Sometimes when a call is coming in it, I won't use this app to receive it.I like this app very much bcoz it is showing the phone dialer and all in the correct model of iPhone .

3. I really appreciate this app.. Bcoz I'm an iPhone lover but I have not much money to buy that phone Thank youI got pro version but I'm just no able to activate it.

4. Just please correct or add on the areas I've touched on.Nice overall, needs the ability to add a new caller to a current call to have a group call.

1. Fix iCall OS 18 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iCall OS 18: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iCall OS 18 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iCall OS 18" » Open iCall OS 18 – Phone 15 Call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iCall OS 18 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iCall OS 18 – Phone 15 Call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iCall OS 18 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iCall OS 18 – Phone 15 Call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iCall OS 18 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iCall OS 18 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iCall OS 18. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iCall OS 18 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iCall OS 18 not working
