Why should I report an Issue with iCallScreen - Phone Dialer?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

However, it's an amazing app everyone will enjoy once the issue of incoming call to the app is fixed.A good application, but it needs to be modified, such as the calls interface if you reduce the size of the buttons and text by a small percentage and enlarge the size of the caller picture it will be better, as well as the size of the text of the missed calls is a little small, with the addition of a swipe feature to reject the call thx for devs 😘Man this app is awesome, you can set speed dial and make your phone flashlight blink with an incoming call, best app for Android users (like me) who wants ios style calls, there are some adds but it's not like every 5 seconds like some other apps.

2. Great job to developers 👍👍This is the only application that solves the very annoying problem well documented in the Android community of being unable to find a control on the screen to answer the phone when ringing under certain use conditions.

3. So I requesting to the developer to fix this bug and provide the update , Provide the solution of This problem ........OK........ 🙏🏻 THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME 🙏🏻Rated 4 star cuz the app deserves 4 star! It works perfectly but doesn't make use of phone ringtone.

4. The first one being that the dialer has no sound when you input a number, and the second issue is that the custom call buttons don't show up at all when the phone is locked, which is extremely disappointing.

5. Even after setting it as my default dailer, yet 99% of incoming call goes to my usual phone dailer.

6. Not trying to slate the app.Aside from the logo that's pops out every time I open this app, and the fact that the font face isn't iphone's San Francisco, I've also observed that I can't select numbers, I mean there's no cursor to select and delete numbers in between, please try and fix this.

7. But I've been looking at it, and what makes it any different from the phone dialer you have now? What does it do that makes it any different.

8. I still recommend it for people to download because of the good interface and it serves well other than the things I mentioned above.

9. I've changed from one to two star because the developers seems to be concerned about their users by responding to feedbacks.

10. However, a CALL APP where about 7, 8 or 9 clicks out of 10 set off a video ad isn't a viable option to most users - not even as a trial.

11. I just don't see the point honestly.It takes up to 3 to 5 secs before the app opens and to download a theme or ringtone is not something anyone can expect; it's absolutely slow and annoying with ads.

1. Fix iCallScreen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iCallScreen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iCallScreen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iCallScreen" » Open iCallScreen - Phone Dialer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iCallScreen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iCallScreen - Phone Dialer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iCallScreen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iCallScreen - Phone Dialer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iCallScreen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iCallScreen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iCallScreen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iCallScreen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iCallScreen not working

2. Fix iCallScreen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iCallScreen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iCallScreen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iCallScreen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
