1. How can people use this when it's not up to standard for the Taiwan ID that we've been issued for example for me 20 years.Cool app if you could actually login without using 90s technology.Preposterous that I NEED the results from a PCR test to work, yet they make it nearly impossible for someone to register with an ARC number.
2. The system needs to be fully revised, because even foreigners need a doctor. Why, oh why, even bother with the English version? (yes, it's there.) The APP is only really available for Taiwanese people.
3. Don't have one? Yeah, me neither! Thanks Taiwan, for offering this service to me and simultaneously making it oh so exclusive~There is no English option or other language other than Chinese.
4. Point is, to register you need a "Smart IC card reader".
5. However, the system requires a card reader for the health card to be registered.
6. Having 2 different ID card numbers and my current ID card not being on the health insurance card was already a terrible idea.
7. I've had this phone number for nearly a decade, but I don't pay a monthly bill for my phone service (why pay extra money for no reason?), so I can't even login to the app.
8. In times of crisis, government assistance like this should've been made simple and easy to access.Unusable for many foreigners that do not pay for a monthly plan.
9. And yes I tried the card reader computer and that is hell to do too.
10. It would be not only helpful for foriegners but also encourage taiwanese to evolve as global citizens.Impossible to register and authenticate for non locals.
11. My cp number is registered under my husband so my only option is to register to acquire a QR code or password.
