1. This app is not working well,as I have lot of documents and photos in it,,,now I am not able to open it... I request to fix the problem as soon as possible,,,As I need the data...backAt last after a long search I finally got a applock that reached my expectations... I was looking for a applock that locks my application and hides my media files... I tried may applock but none of them works as I need .. some of other apps does not lock my app or keep it self open that their security was so poor... but this works perfectly till now.. it hide my media files and locks everything with brief security... I like this app till now .. I reccomend this app for security...GOOD APPLOCK😊I haven't really used it for more than a minute, but am thrilled by the graphic user interface and the premium services given for free.

2. No more worry people may peep the pin or pattern.In applock settings there is an option to hide this application , I just followed the instruction,now I unable to unhide it.

3. Hope so this is not a secured application.There is no proper guidlines in official website also.Unable to change the password, trynna reach customer support but no response.

4. By the way application is good but it has a biggest worst nature and that is automatically disappear our secrete data.

6. AppLock has random keyboard and invisible pattern lock.

9. recommend to never install.Have to input pass code so many times in each app that's irritating plus the ads keep popping up too many times.

10. Therefore uninstalling.I m hidden some pictures in this app but pictures are automatically invisible from this app and not find from any where.

1. Fix AppLock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AppLock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AppLock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppLock" » Open AppLock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppLock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AppLock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppLock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppLock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AppLock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppLock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AppLock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppLock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppLock not working

2. Fix AppLock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppLock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppLock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppLock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
