Would be nice if you would put an auto detect ability in it.Great app, playback and smart search are amazing but no ability to save short videos to your device?After update APP hangs instead of Exit and when scrolling the archive! Android11...It would be good to be able to change the notification sound.

2. It would be great if you can add the following features: 1: Ability to export video from the mobile app 2: Ability to fast forward the video in mobile and desktop application.

3. Other than that, it's mostly spot on system.Current version (22.3.35088) keeps logging me out of both cloud and servers.

1. Fix Nx Witness Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nx Witness: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nx Witness App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nx Witness" » Open Nx Witness Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nx Witness » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nx Witness Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nx Witness servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nx Witness Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nx Witness app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nx Witness might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nx Witness. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nx Witness then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nx Witness not working

2. Fix Nx Witness Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nx Witness be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nx Witness not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nx Witness may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
