1. Better use non-ads app with lower stars.I am a 10 year user of NCH, i always wondered where did it belonged to, few years back i was returning from Gold cost to Sydney & i went through your HQ, what a coincidence it was for me, thanks for the wonderful softwares, i downloaded this app just to rate u guys ♥Love it...thank you for this if people only knew how to use it they will be amazed..thanks again p.s I'm looking for some frequencies like.. rattlesnake,cats purr,thunder, birds chirp...I love this app thanks again.. hope you can help with the frequencies.

2. Would be nice to be able to upgrade to a "non-ad" version on Android (the pay-to-upgrade button doesn't work), but otherwise it's a decent app.

3. I use it for instrument tuning.i like all that it shows the frequencies work very well and someone told me about adjusting the volume to change the pitch but at 100 percent volume you will always getthe whole frequencie even tho' you don't know.

1. Fix ToneGen Tone Generator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ToneGen Tone Generator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ToneGen Tone Generator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ToneGen Tone Generator" » Open ToneGen Tone Generator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ToneGen Tone Generator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ToneGen Tone Generator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ToneGen Tone Generator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ToneGen Tone Generator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ToneGen Tone Generator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ToneGen Tone Generator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ToneGen Tone Generator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ToneGen Tone Generator then reinstall.
