Why should I report an Issue with MixPad Multitrack Mixer?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. 2: when you add any audio file to the project, it loads it at a different tempo and speed than the original version 3: when recording a new track to go with the track that has loaded incorrectly, the app cannot keep up and all audio is glitchy.

2. plus i paid for the app as well, its hard to find really good recording studio apps on here but i guess its time to do things differently but aye who are we if we dont evolve.I searched "audacity" in google play store, due is described as multi-platform app.

I searched several websites including videos and no one is covering how to actually fix this.. upgrading this app "fixed some bugs" no they did not.. that is a lie.. didnt fix this extremely important bug.. yet still holds a tab saying you "can" buy the "upgraded" version.. for what? why would this become appealing considering the current issue? .. *Now, i can NOT even click File, or to even load anything(clips).

PLEASE FIX, i can handle MP3'ing every aspect of a song(tracks/layers) but this App is REALLY Getting Worse Over Time (Yes, I have the App updated).i dont know what happened but all the music ive done and was working on unfortunately , can't be played back at all , as if its skipping steadily.. i know i took time off from using it so it was a surprise to me when its not working as it used.

5. It is indeed Audacity on your cell phone! Kudos to the developers! One humble suggestion/question: would it be possible to add an icon for zooming in horizontally, and another one for zooming out horizontally? Thanks! and keep up the good work.Back then I would had rated this 5 stars.

6. Now it is useless.It is doing something that I haven't been able to do with any of the many many other SoS (sound-on-sound) audio recording apps floating around the Androidia galaxy.

7. Only way around this is to save every last track(layer) as an MP3, so you can re-add aka re-create every single part of a song you're working on piece by piece every single time.. hoping you remember each exact placement.

8. it works,.. i paid for it and the offer was a one time payment,.. then suddenly they make things not work unless there is more payment against what was their original offer.

9. If you find the files, and try to select individual files withing the project folder, it will open a picture app, that you never knew you downloaded.

10. Then try to add doubt blaming you, saying that you possibly deleted or moved this Saved Project File.

11. The ads are hardly noticeable.UPDATED: App took a while to find how to add an exsisting audio file.

1. Fix MixPad Multitrack Mixer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MixPad Multitrack Mixer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MixPad Multitrack Mixer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MixPad Multitrack Mixer" » Open MixPad Multitrack Mixer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MixPad Multitrack Mixer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MixPad Multitrack Mixer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MixPad Multitrack Mixer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MixPad Multitrack Mixer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MixPad Multitrack Mixer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MixPad Multitrack Mixer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MixPad Multitrack Mixer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MixPad Multitrack Mixer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MixPad Multitrack Mixer not working

2. Fix MixPad Multitrack Mixer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MixPad Multitrack Mixer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MixPad Multitrack Mixer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
