1. Naver Korean Keyboard (1)does not support glide typing, (2)does not show correct candidates for mistyped characters.

2. And the keyboard response time is slow, resulting in to many typos that auto correct can't help with since it doesn't work.

3. Hope you can fix this soon, so far I like the perks this one has better than the others and was really wanting to use it.the keyboard is great! i like the custom text option (i save important links there), the translator, and the ability to switch keyboards.

4. However I did like the fact we could insert icons within the board such as instagram, YT and twitter so it takes us to apps much easier.I really love this keyboard, it's really good and it has a lot of useful features.

5. Firstly, I couldn't draw on my keyboard, the language change etc; korean, chinese and English change was frustrating, and I wasn't able to customize the background as much as I wanted to.

6. I did the same thing on Google's keyboard, it showed "동작 " as a candidate.I really like this app but lately it has given me some problem while typing things.

Thank youI love everything except that when I write something to translate,it always says "Please check your network status or your wireless network settings on your phone and try again" even though my internet works perfectly fine,it's an inconvenience while typing something because you can't see the board clearly.

8. Auto correct and auto capitalize do not work when using the english keyboard.

9. If it did have this feature, I would have rated this app 5 stars and it would have been a perfect app that I will willingly recommend to my friends.An excellent keyboard with a very serviceable toolbar.

10. I love using never keyboard for korean-english translations, but then realized it had a lot of restrictions.

1. Fix Naver SmartBoard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Naver SmartBoard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Naver SmartBoard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Naver SmartBoard" » Open Naver SmartBoard - Keyboard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Naver SmartBoard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Naver SmartBoard - Keyboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Naver SmartBoard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Naver SmartBoard - Keyboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Naver SmartBoard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Naver SmartBoard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Naver SmartBoard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Naver SmartBoard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Naver SmartBoard not working


2. Fix Naver SmartBoard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Naver SmartBoard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Naver SmartBoard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Naver SmartBoard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
