1. To be clear this no audio control product but it's awfully nice for a beginner to pro that is budget minded.This app is designed to control a external bluetooth EQ made by Dual Electric Corp./Axxera.!!! And for that it WORKS JUST FINE! I used it with my Axxera BEQ25BT IS our Camery to add front, rear, and subwoofer RCA from 1 set of speaker level inputs.

2. There's no way to adjust frequency on sub output,or a way to turn Subwoofer on.Fake app! I have played a music in my phone and tried to equalise it but it totally does not work.Does nothing except for you can play with the slide bars that has no effectanother useless eq app that doesnt work, waste of time.

3. The interface seems good and it has the audio balance feature i want but doesn't work.Subwoofer output doesn't work.

4. This product is amazing for what it does at the price point that it's sold for! The only thing that could have made it better would be adding an electronic high pass crossover.

5. This is a GOOD product offering a signal line driver and control over a six channel setup while only needing one input to do so.

6. If mounted in the right area and the antenna used correctly, it never drops connection and the sound quality is spectacular! The negative comments are coming from people that have no clue.

1. Fix Dual Smart EQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dual Smart EQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dual Smart EQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dual Smart EQ" » Open Dual Smart EQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dual Smart EQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dual Smart EQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dual Smart EQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dual Smart EQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dual Smart EQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dual Smart EQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dual Smart EQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dual Smart EQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dual Smart EQ not working

2. Fix Dual Smart EQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dual Smart EQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dual Smart EQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dual Smart EQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
