Why should I report an Issue with MusicDuo : Dual Songs Player?

1. Just needs a few tweaks to the spacing between different elements as well as their sizing.Good app..People are so mean to give such low rating to this app...I just have one suggestion to the developer...kindly alllw the option to play both the audios in both ears simultaneously.

2. defiantly deserves better rating.idk if this is just me,but i wait and all it says is "No Music Found" and right i exit the app it quickly shows 2 song lines...so i dont know why its doing that,can you fix it because its really annoying..It worked.

3. Add the usual music player features like search, playlists, folder view etc.

4. Add separate music control options (repeat, shuffle etc.) for each channel as well.

5. It might just be me, but the left and right channel indicators seem to be flipped.

10. It was ok while it lasted.Do not install if you're looking for a free app.. the description are misleading.. Its all good until you cannot use it without paying a subscriptio.. feels like im using a trial app and expired after a weekWorst experience ever.. if there is a zero star rating, that's wat u'd get.. I saw all the negative reviews, i thought maybe mine would be different so i downloaded the app only fr it to crash instantly... How i wish i could attach the screenshot in the review..PLS DON'T DOWNLOADyeah it crashes after about 30 seconds but it is exactly what I need and the only one of it's kind.

1. Fix MusicDuo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MusicDuo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MusicDuo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MusicDuo" » Open MusicDuo : Dual Songs Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MusicDuo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MusicDuo : Dual Songs Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MusicDuo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MusicDuo : Dual Songs Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MusicDuo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MusicDuo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MusicDuo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MusicDuo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MusicDuo not working

2. Fix MusicDuo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MusicDuo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MusicDuo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MusicDuo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
