1. Some big bugs: keyboard duplicating text repeatedly for no reason, text colours completely changing to a barely visible light grey after opening a note again and cloud syncing wiping out pages from a notebook never to be found again.

2. I do however whish there was an option to keep the screen awake when using the app so that way I'm not always forced to unlock it during meetings where notes are more stop and go.

3. I'd like to see more options for adjusting text, such as being able to import fonts.

4. I'm still looking for something similar to this app, but with better syncing between devices.It's the most amazing handwritten notes app I've ever used.

5. Being able to see a typed note formatted well for smaller screens so you don't have to scroll for miles.

6. The syncs are not automatic as expected, so syncing multiple devices causes documents to be deleted.

7. You can accidentally destroy your notes now using a basic function.

8. When I convert, I typically have a couple of characters to change, right? Well, I tap the keyboard button, and then the app will literally copy/paste that whole section several times uncontrollably.

9. The eraser functionality is far closer to pen paper as well and the ability copy as text is a game changer.

10. Sometimes it will suddenly convert text into choatic strings of letters when I try to edit the text.

11. To date I'm unable to find a template (PDF) that actually works.Great for my simple note taking needs.

1. Fix Nebo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nebo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nebo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nebo" » Open Nebo: Note Taking for Students » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nebo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nebo: Note Taking for Students app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nebo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nebo: Note Taking for Students" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nebo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nebo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nebo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nebo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nebo not working

2. Fix Nebo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nebo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nebo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nebo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
