Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Songs Issues
1. Fix Songs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Songs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Songs App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Songs" » Open Songs: Pollito Pio » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Songs » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Songs: Pollito Pio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Songs servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Songs: Pollito Pio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Songs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Songs might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Songs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Songs then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Songs not working
2. Fix Songs Server issues & Internet Connection
