Blink Fit Customer Insights

1. 0% recomended.Why does the band step counter subtracts the steps? I walked 3500 steps in the morning and as soon as I came back and tried to sync with the phone app the steps went to 0 in both the band and the app.

2. Even after installing it couple of times,Unpaired and then pairing 2 3 times It's not showing any Details.I have purchased a new Blink fit band but to pair it with the app on my android phone, it doesn't work as it goes blank upon clicking sign in on the app homepage.

3. The app shows 400-500 less steps than what I see on the band.

4. 5)Why to enable GPS for app all time, it consumes battery.After installing the app every time I'm trying to sign in, a blank white page is coming and no options are appearing.

5. 3)Notifications for one line messages are shown on band, if i received long messages it is not showing any notifications in band.

6. 4)If i move hand it counts the steps, the most worst part, need firmware update.

7. The fit band is of no use as i am unable to even change the date and time.

8. As of now these are the features I've seen missing in this watch compared to other.i have downloaded multiple times the blink fit app but it is not letting me login by either FB or Gmail.

9. I think you need to update app such that even if it's not in recent apps, it should be able to transmit notifications and unlocking screen as it is a Bluetooth device.

10. The band surely looks nice, but I can't say the same about its workingThe app is good and the band is great too.

11. this has been extremely frustrating process and feels like the App made by myntra was just a way to take money and time away from people, as the fitbit is of no use unless connected to a device.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Blink Fit Issues

1. Fix Blink Fit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Blink Fit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Blink Fit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blink Fit" » Open Blink Fit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blink Fit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Blink Fit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blink Fit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blink Fit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Blink Fit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blink Fit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Blink Fit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blink Fit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blink Fit not working


2. Fix Blink Fit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blink Fit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blink Fit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blink Fit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
