1. So far so good, although I have some issues taking pictures of items, as while the camera opens, it won't save the picture to the item.

2. Also I'd suggest adding the ability to add several pictures to one makeup listing - like say if it's a palette of some sort.Great app.

3. Does exactly what I need and is perfectly affordable for the premium features.I don't think this app is much different from any other in terms of information, but everything is so easy to find.

4. Also, some of the buttons - notes/pictures/camera are obscured by the picture when it's added - though that's a small niggle.

5. The recommendations here are quite applicable irl.Idk why more people aren't talking about this app or maybe I'm just too new to the AI Beauty game.

1. Fix Glamai Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glamai: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glamai App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glamai" » Open Glamai - AI Beauty Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glamai » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glamai - AI Beauty Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glamai servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glamai - AI Beauty Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glamai app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glamai might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glamai. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glamai then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glamai not working

2. Fix Glamai Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glamai be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glamai not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glamai may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
