Why should I report an Issue with Font for Intagram - Beauty Font Style?

1. I don't believe they tested this app before they released it.I was looking for a cursive or fancy font, and this app just didn't provide, idk how it would perform, because I didn't go through with it, just wish there were more options is all.This was my go to app for easy to use awesome fonts.

2. The fonts are really great, but in the middle of me typing an ad appears, and the ads are so disrupting.. can you guys calm the ads down? Cause they just pop up all the time where I could barely even use the app.. I've had enough so I'm going to uninstall this and switch to another font app.

I'm sort of disappointed..its a really good app and since i have downloaded it i use it all the time but i have a few problems with it 1 it has really less fonts 2 it suddenly hangs up all of a sudden i would really like u to fix those problems other than that u should definitely download itSome fonts don't work at all.

1. Fix Font Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Font: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Font App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Font" » Open Font for Intagram - Beauty Font Style » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Font » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Font for Intagram - Beauty Font Style app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Font servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Font for Intagram - Beauty Font Style" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Font app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Font might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Font. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Font then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Font not working

2. Fix Font Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Font be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Font not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Font may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
