1. It's better to shop from their website on a laptop.Great products but the app is terrible added items to my bag went to bag ready to checkout only to see my bag was empty...tried logging out didn't work either as I don't actually get logged out get as far as resetting password and just stays on that page..close the app and when I open again I'm logged in its a shame as I really like their products but this experience has been so frustratingThe doesn't work at all.

2. Enjoyed the app before but now can't use it and as it was updated only last week it's disappointing it doesn't seem compatible with the latest Android systemI love the products and will continue to buy from Kiko, but not in the online shop.

3. Launched the app and told it needed updated but it won't let me update it or function on the most recent version of the Android system..on my older work phone it updated and works.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KIKO MILANO" » Open KIKO MILANO - Beauty products » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KIKO MILANO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KIKO MILANO - Beauty products app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KIKO MILANO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KIKO MILANO - Beauty products" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KIKO MILANO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KIKO MILANO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KIKO MILANO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KIKO MILANO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KIKO MILANO not working
