WISH I COULD GIVE IT -0 STARS!I have this app since years,and when I change the phone i will download, not to miss it.very easy to fix the photos and I really suffice 👍🥰as soon as I open the app with a picture it tries to light my face up like a Christmas tree there is no option for makeup deletedsimplest and amazinggg.....i really love it kindly add lip clr option otherwise i like this very much💕💕I love this app but it doesn't work on newer android phones plz update :(It doesn't do anything Only super bright your face and nothing.

2. Horrible!! It gives the picture a custom made edit that just makes it super bright so you cant custom edit the original picture only the bright version they customized for you.

1. Fix PicBeauty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PicBeauty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PicBeauty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicBeauty" » Open PicBeauty » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicBeauty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicBeauty app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicBeauty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PicBeauty" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PicBeauty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PicBeauty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PicBeauty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PicBeauty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PicBeauty not working

2. Fix PicBeauty Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PicBeauty be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PicBeauty not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PicBeauty may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
