1. IMPROVEMENTS: (i) pls introduce two-factor athentication for the web login! Want my photos kept safe! (Ii) Also pls add password to album links!!The presentation was challenging.

2. I use pictures to tell a story and the auto sorting isn't enough.Can't upload photo from gallery, my photos is exactly 100 files with dimension 1080x1440 and size is about 725kb per file.

3. The android app as well as the iPhone app are best-in-class: amazingly easy to upload photos and create albums.

4. When I browse folder and select all photos and click upload, the application is always fast closed without notification or error.

5. Tags do not allow for spaces or symbols of any kind so one cannot even tag the dates the photos were taken.It gets the job done, but the mobile app needs an option to drag and drop for rearranging.

6. When i try to upload my photos it only uploads one of them so I have to upload all of them separately even though I have more than a hundred to upload!! Note to developer: I do that and select all of my photos and press the upload button.

7. Only ONE photo is there out of the 100+ I uploaded!It doesn't feel very safe, there needs to be an additional input for making sure albums are secured or private.

8. There are no captions or notes for the photos, which makes it not ideal for compiling a digital album of old print photos.

9. Not sure if there is easy way to do it manually, because... see above, this app is nothing but a huge error message.I initially gave this 3 stars, after using the app and webpage for a week, I gotta say it's an amazing product.

10. I'd prefer if there was some method of confirmation such as "keep this album private or hidden" Or "Make this album public" So that there is at least some more peace of mind... Otherwise UI is pretty decent, and nice looking.

11. What really got on my nerves was that I have tried time and again to share my presentation with others and all they got was an invitation to edit the presentation.

1. Fix MyAlbum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyAlbum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyAlbum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyAlbum" » Open MyAlbum - Photo/Video Sharing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyAlbum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyAlbum - Photo/Video Sharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyAlbum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyAlbum - Photo/Video Sharing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyAlbum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyAlbum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyAlbum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyAlbum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyAlbum not working

2. Fix MyAlbum Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyAlbum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyAlbum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyAlbum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
