1. No clarity about when we should log in.Hi I have tried to book a tatkal ticket under mobile IRCTC Ticket booking easy train on 19/12/22.The money deducted no ticket generated.I called IRCTC Customer care and asked about this app..they told me it is fraud app..many ppl have same complain.

2. 1) Money paid online to book ticket but tickets not booked shows "Error".

3. But no ticket booked.Rubbish, useless, scrap... I am trying to book the ticket from last 12 hours, but invain... Its frustrating.... Plz improve it.

1. Fix EasyTrain Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasyTrain: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasyTrain App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasyTrain" » Open EasyTrain: Train Booking App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasyTrain » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasyTrain: Train Booking App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasyTrain servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasyTrain: Train Booking App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasyTrain app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasyTrain might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasyTrain. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasyTrain then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasyTrain not working

2. Fix EasyTrain Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasyTrain be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasyTrain not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasyTrain may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
