1. I'm keeping the app just in case these issues get fixed.This is no reflection on Musician's Friend service and products, as I have always been very satisfied, being a customer for years.

2. I had to resort to the Musician's Friend website for access to these functions.Would love to give this app a positive review, but I've tried to login about 30 some times and have not made it a second without crashing.

3. They deserve a ton of respect.Always get an "error retrieving your order" when trying to track my orders and points don't update.

4. Same issues as above persist.whenever I want to buy something musical (strings, instruments, whatever) I always check Musician's Friend first.

5. Even just doing simple things, like adding something to the cart, and they have done little to nothing to fix these simple problems.I opened the app to buy a new item and had over 3000 points saved.

6. Update....Two years later and still have the same issue.When you search something in the app, it bugs out and you have to search it up 3 more times in order to find what you're looking for.

1. Fix Musician's Friend Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Musician's Friend: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Musician's Friend App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Musician's Friend" » Open Musician's Friend » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Musician's Friend » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Musician's Friend app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Musician's Friend servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Musician's Friend" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Musician's Friend app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Musician's Friend might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Musician's Friend. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Musician's Friend then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Musician's Friend not working

2. Fix Musician's Friend Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Musician's Friend be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Musician's Friend not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Musician's Friend may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
